Rushcutters Bay is one of Sydney’s most desirable harbourside pockets — leafy, peaceful, and incredibly well connected. You’re walking distance to RushcuttersBay Park, the marina, cafés, boutiques, gyms and nightlife, with Sydney Harbour on your doorstep and excellent public transport into the CBD and beyond.
Parking
Shared scramble parking is available on-site (first in, best dressed). Vehicles need to be moved every 3 days. For longer-term parking, there are free untimedspots directly across the road in a safe, quiet area.

Very good! I enjoyed my stay at the airbnb! It was worth it. I loved Kingscross and I really miss it already ! The apartment is located at the perfect spot near to Double Bay and Sydney CBD! I would highly recommend! I stayed there for three months and it started to feel like home, now I already miss it. There are grocery stores nearby and the neighbourhood is safe and nice. There are many clubs nearby so it never gets boring and it is only a 30 min walk to the centre.

Perfect location! Super central and close to everything you need. The studio is really spacious and the kitchen is really generous for a studio. It wasn’t a problem for me, more of an fyi, there is no microwave so food shop accordingly 🙂 Would definitely recommend and stay again!
