The Location
Rushcutters Bay is one of Sydney’s most desirable harbourside pockets — leafy, peaceful, and incredibly well connected. You’re walking distance to RushcuttersBay Park, the marina, cafés, boutiques, gyms and nightlife, with Sydney Harbour on your doorstep and excellent public transport into the CBD and beyond.
Parking
Shared scramble parking is available on-site (first in, best dressed). Vehicles need to be moved every 3 days. For longer-term parking, there are free untimedspots directly across the road in a safe, quiet area.

The entire apartment is yours. Entry to the building is shared, but the apartment itself has private access exclusively for guests.

The place was perfect for a stay, full of natural light and a great location! The shower was amazing with great water pressure! 100% recommend.
The building is a bit old, meaning it can be a bit loud with the main road of a night time. It is well equipped with fans and heaters to elevate the changing weather!
The kitchen is great for cooking, however for longer stays the utensils and pots and pans are a bit mismatched. But you can still cook easily. Washing machine is a great addition as well!

I stayed at Phillip’s apartment for over a week when my husband was in St Vincent’s Hospital. It was a great home away from home. It was very comfortable (comfy bed & good shower) and in a great location, walking distance to some beautiful bays and 10 mins walk to the hospital. You couldn’t find a better host than Phillip. He was very friendly, responsive to our requests and understanding of our situation. He also has a lot of local knowledge and provided some great restaurant and cafe recommendations. We would love to return, but next time we stay, it will be for a holiday!
