What’s included in the apartment?

Every apartment comes fully furnished and ready to go — gas, electricity, WiFi, linen, selected laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen are all included. Just bring your bags.​

Are the apartments cleaned/serviced?

The apartments aren’t serviced as standard, but we can easily arrange regular cleaning — daily or weekly — just ask your guest manager and we’ll sort it out for an additional fee.​

Is WiFi included?

Yes, always.

Can I get a rollaway bed or cot?

Yes, extra beds and cots are available on request (additional charges may apply). Just let us know at the time of booking so we can check availability.​

Is parking available?

All apartments have free street parking space. Check the individual apartment listing for details and discuss with our friendly staff as they may be able tp coordinate well priced parking ​

How do I make a booking?

Call us on +61 433 788 335or email hello@sydneyfurnishedrentals.com.com with your dates and requirements. We’ll send through a Reservation Form and invoice to confirm everything. Full payment is required upfront — for stays over a month, instalments are available.​

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and direct deposit, in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be received before check-in. Credit card surcharges apply: 2% for Visa/Mastercard and 4% for Amex.​

How long can I stay?

Depending on the apartment, you can book up to 12 months or more.​

Can I bring a pet?

It is open to consideration depending on the property and animal. Just enquire at the time of booking and we’ll let you know.​

How do I collect my keys?

Contact your guest manager via call or text (number on your booking confirmation) at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange key collection.​

Can I have a second set of keys?

Each booking comes with one set of keys. A second set can be available, please notify at time of booking​

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2pm. However if you require a slightly earlier check in please notify us at the time of booking. If you need an early morning check-in, we recommend booking the night before to guarantee it. Check-out is by 10am.​

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require at least 14 days’ written notice. Cancellation fees are:​

30+ days before arrival — 25% of total booking value​

15–30 days before arrival — 50% of total booking value​

0–14 days before arrival — 100% of total booking value

What if I need to extend my stay?

Email us with at least 48hours notice and we’ll do our best to extend your current apartment. If it’s not available for your new dates, we’ll find you a suitable alternative.​
